Platform Operator: Luxoro.ae is operated by Quantum Market Hub LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the United States, with a registered address at 8 The Green, Suite R, Dover, DE 19901, United States. Luxoro.ae is a commercial trade name of Quantum Market Hub LLC.

Luxoro does not operate as a traditional watch retailer with its own permanent inventory. Instead, Luxoro operates under a hybrid commercial model, combining:

  • Market monitoring and analytics
  • Partner-based sales (direct partner sales and affiliate redirection)
  • Authorized resale of selected items under commercial agreements

This structure allows Luxoro to provide broad market visibility while maintaining clear legal responsibility for payments, fulfillment, warranties, and returns. Luxoro clearly separates informational services from transactional services and explicitly identifies the contractual seller and payment recipient for each transaction prior to purchase confirmation.

What Luxoro Provides

Luxoro’s services are divided into two distinct functional layers, which are clearly separated on the platform.

1. Market Monitoring & Discovery (Non-Transactional)

Luxoro continuously monitors selected international marketplaces and professional dealer inventories to analyze:

  • Which watch models are actively offered on the market
  • Current price ranges and historical pricing dynamics
  • Availability trends and newly listed opportunities

The Watch Catalog (6,000+ models) reflects models tracked across the global market, not physical stock owned or held by Luxoro.

This monitoring and analytical layer is informational only and does not represent an offer to sell unless explicitly stated on a product page. Market monitoring, price analytics, and availability data are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding commercial offer until a specific transactional model is explicitly presented.

2. Items Offered for Sale (Transactional)

When a specific watch is available for purchase, it is offered under one of the following clearly defined models, indicated on each product page before checkout. For each item offered for sale, the applicable selling model, contractual seller, payment recipient, and responsible party are disclosed prior to order confirmation.

a) Direct Partner Sale

  • The watch is sold and fulfilled directly by a Luxoro partner
  • Payment is made directly to the partner (on their website or payment infrastructure)
  • The partner is the contractual seller and is fully responsible for:
    • Authenticity
    • Warranty
    • Shipping and insurance
    • Returns and refunds

Luxoro may receive an affiliate commission for referral services. In Direct Partner Sales, Luxoro is not a party to the sales contract, does not process or hold client funds, and does not assume responsibility for fulfillment, warranties, or returns.

b) Resale via Luxoro (Authorized Reseller Model)

  • Luxoro acts as an authorized reseller under a commercial agreement with the partner
  • Payment is made to Luxoro.ae
  • Luxoro processes the payment and coordinates order fulfillment
  • The partner supplies the watch and handles shipment logistics
  • Luxoro is the contractual seller to the client and assumes responsibility for:
    • Payment processing
    • Contractual sale documentation
    • Returns and refunds under Luxoro’s stated terms

The applicable model is always disclosed before payment confirmation. In this model, Luxoro acts as the seller of record and merchant of record, while the partner remains responsible for supplying authentic products and executing shipment under agreed logistics procedures.

Who Sells the Watches

Luxoro works exclusively with established professional dealers and retailers.
Private individuals are not permitted to list or sell items on the platform. All partners are professional commercial entities operating under applicable local laws and industry standards.

Pricing & Commercial Model

  • Prices displayed on Luxoro are sourced directly from partner inventories
  • Pricing reflects the partner’s current offer and availability
  • Luxoro does not arbitrarily modify or inflate partner pricing
  • Prices and availability are subject to change until order confirmation by the applicable seller.

Depending on the transaction model, Luxoro earns:

  • A reseller margin (authorized resale), or
  • An affiliate commission (direct partner sale)

How Purchases Are Made

Depending on the item and selling model, clients may:

Purchase directly from a partner

  • Payment is completed on the partner’s website
  • The partner is the contractual counterparty
  • The partner handles fulfillment, shipping, warranty, and returns

In this flow, payment processing, customer data handling, and contractual obligations are governed by the partner’s terms and payment infrastructure.

Purchase through Luxoro

  • Payment is completed on Luxoro.ae
  • Luxoro is the contractual counterparty
  • Luxoro coordinates fulfillment with the partner
  • Applicable return and refund conditions are shown before checkout

Payments in this flow are processed by Luxoro using secure, PCI-DSS–compliant third-party payment service providers. Luxoro does not store raw payment card data. The full purchase flow, payment recipient, and responsible party are always visible prior to order confirmation.

Data Protection & Security

Luxoro processes client personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy. Client data is used solely for service provision, transaction processing, and customer support, and is protected through appropriate technical and organizational security measures. Luxoro does not sell or misuse customer data and limits access to authorized personnel and service providers only.

Delivery, Responsibility & Returns

  • All watches are supplied by professional dealers
  • Shipping, insurance, and delivery terms depend on the selling party and destination
  • Return and refund policies are defined by the seller and disclosed before purchase
  • Luxoro does not obscure responsibility or contractual roles

Responsibility for returns, refunds, and warranties follows the seller of record for the transaction, as disclosed prior to checkout.

Subscriptions & Alerts (Non-Transactional Service)

Luxoro offers subscription-based access to personalized market monitoring tools.
Subscribers can define preferences such as:

  • Brands, models, and references
  • Budget ranges
  • Condition and availability criteria

Luxoro’s system monitors partner inventories and marketplaces and notifies users when matching items appear. Subscriptions do not obligate users to purchase and are independent from transactional services. Subscription services do not grant preferential pricing, ownership rights, or purchase obligations.
