Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
1. Return and Exchange Period
- Physical Precious Metals: Returns and exchanges for physical precious metals (gold, silver, platinum, palladium) must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Other Products: For other products, including accessories and storage solutions, returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
2. Condition of Items
- Unopened and Unused: Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Precious metals must remain in their original packaging and be free from damage or tampering.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Customized or Personalized Items: Any items that have been customized or personalized at your request.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase.
Return and Exchange Process
1. Initiating a Return or Exchange

- Receive Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
2. Packaging and Shipping
- Secure Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Use the original packaging if possible.
- Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. WealthProtector.AE is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
- Return Address: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
Refunds and Exchanges
1. Inspection and Processing
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
- Processing Time: Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
2. Refunds
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 5% may apply to returns of precious metals.
3. Exchanges
- Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
